Top Webflow Plugins That You Should Use in 2025

1. SVG Import

SVG Import plugin in Webflow

SVG Import is a Webflow plugin that is meant for designers. This allows professionals to easily code Webflow projects as native, editable SVG DOM elements.

This helps improve the productivity of your design team as they wouldn’t have to go back and forth where the images are stored.

Features I Liked

Here are some features that I loved about SVG Import:

  • Ability to paste code directly into SVG import.
  • A 10,000 character limit doesn’t exist on SVGs in Webflow.
  • Works well with animated SVGs, gradient SVGs, or ultra-super complex SVGs.
  • I could modify every single attribute on every nested element within an SVG using Webflow's native attributes panels.
  • Simplifies the SVG integration process
  • SVGs are displayed as intended with accurate DOM element generation, preserving the original attributes and styles of your SVG graphics.

Features I Didn’t Like

  • Steep learning curve as I had to go through HTML/CSS attributes.
  • I did notice that complex SVGs did increase my website’s load time
